Scope: These Terms of Service apply solely to the current daydream.center website. This includes the waitlist and any pages on this domain. Separate Terms of Service governing the Daydream platform and its features will be published prior to launch.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing daydream.center or joining the waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this site or join the waitlist. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the site

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

3. Waitlist & early access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Daydream. We reserve the right to determine early access eligibility at our sole discretion. Waitlist positions are non-transferable.

Daydream is currently in a pre-launch research phase. Features, functionality, and platform availability described on this site are subject to change at any time without notice. No warranties are made regarding the availability, timing, or final form of any product or feature referenced on this site.

4. Intellectual property

The Daydream name, logo, and brand identity are our property. The underlying code, systems, and proprietary assets that make up this platform are protected and may not be copied, reverse-engineered, or redistributed without permission.

Sharing content from Daydream (screenshots, links, conversations) for personal, social, or press purposes is fine and encouraged. What is not okay is reproducing our brand or technology in a way that misrepresents you as affiliated with us, or using our assets commercially without prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

This site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Daydream makes no guarantees about the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the site or its content.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daydream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
